Prices
Prices are in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include the valid value-added tax, which at present forms 25%. We register the eventual changes in prices because of the change in value-added tax or drastic change in currency position or purchase prices.

*Fakturera mig! is an invoicing service that is only available for Swedish citizens. Invoicing is administered by our partner Kreditor AB and credit time is 14 days.
Delivery time
Normally we use DHL or the Swedish Post for transportation and the delivery takes place in its nearest place of handing out.Normally your order is delivered during 3-5 working days.
Delivery costs
Orders exceeding 749 SEK (ca 75 EUR) are delivered free of charge within Sweden, otherwise the delivery cost is 49 SEK (ca 5 EUR) per order.
Orders exceeding 999 SEK (ca 100 EUR) are delivered free of charge within the EU, otherwise the delivery cost is 99 SEK (ca 10 EUR) per order.
Orders exceeding 1999 SEK (ca 200 EUR) are delivered free of charge to all other countries, otherwise the delivery cost is 199 SEK (ca 20 EUR) per order.
Non-collected parcel is charged with 150 SEK despite the purchase sum plus new freight fee which depends on the product. This is necessary for covering our administrative costs and freight and return freight. Payment should take place during 10 days starting with the date of freight. If the payment is delayed the reminder fee should be paid out. According to the law, the sum of the fee is 50 SEK at present.
Personal information
KEB Skincare AB is responsible for the personal information which you leave for us. This information is used in order to keep our relations with customers and for the purpose of market management. If you want to make any change of you personal information, you can simply do it on our homepage. If you want to be erased from the list of customers, you are welcome to contact us.
The right of return
According to the law of distance agreement, one has a consumer right to regret his/her purchase without a special reason during 14 days, starting with the day of receiving the good. If you regret your purchase and send back your order, we pay you back the sum of money you have paid to us.
Complaints
If we deliver wrong goods or wrong number of goods, you should contact us as soon as possible because we are eager to correct our mistakes. The easiest way is that you send us the return bill with the information about what is wrong with the item as well as attach the wrongly delivered item. Your outlay for return freight (the cheapest way – with post or a car) is paid back as soon as the good has reached us. You may use postal ‘postorder/kundretur’ (postal order/customer return). Replacement delivery is free for the customers.
Reimbursement/Repayment
If you as a customer want to have a cash repayment connected to purchase on approval, you should always give a bank account number or postal giro account. It is due to higher costs connected to repayment notifications.
Damage via transportation
We are responsible for all the damage that can occur via the transportation of items to the customers. If you find out that the good has been damaged via transportation, you should urgently report it to the post office or the transporter. If they do not undertake the responsibility for the damage, you should our distribution center at +46 (0)175-266 00. Via the return from a customer to us, the responsibility for the damage that might occur via transportation is taken by the customer.
Guarantee
Usually the guarantee for our goods is 1 year, with the exception for consumption goods. The guarantee is valid if a good, despite a proper usage, brakes. The guarantee is valid from the day of purchase and comprises the reparation of defective products. An office bill/ guarantee proof/ receipt should be shown via guarantee claim. Via possible dispute we follow The Resolution of the Common Complaint Board.
